With a strong background in program and performance management, I've consistently driven people and projects across the finish line—on time and on budget. 

I have been working within technology, customer support, and operations for the entirety of my professional career. I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves to get into the nitty-gritty while still remembering the forest amongst the trees. 

My experience has also equipped me with finely-honed people skills - managing, coaching, supporting, collaborating, and beyond - ideal in support leadership roles and business consulting. With this I’ve shown time and time again the ability to balance empathy between company, customer, and employee needs.
